Ruth McCloud

Ruth McCloud, Executive Vice President, has been the Chief Retail Banking Officer of the Bank since June 2014 and recently promoted to EVP, Chief Operation Officer of the combined company. In her new role Ms. McCloud will oversee all daily operations of the company including IT, digital banking , sales and service. Prior to joining the Bank Ms. McCloud held a number of Sales and Service roles with First Federal and OneWest Bank.
